Keep in mind that subscribers will show up on this list if they’ve made their subscriptions public and subscribed within the last 28 days.

Do all YouTube videos show up in subscription feeds?

Every YouTube video you publish should show up in your subscribers' feeds unless you tweak the settings to exclude it. This helps make sure your content reaches your audience. If viewers say they can't find your videos, it might be because they're subscribed to many channels and miss new videos, or they’re checking the Home tab instead of the Subscriptions feed.

How does YouTube count subscribers?

YouTube keeps your subscriber count accurate by regularly checking if accounts and actions are legit. If someone closes their Google Account, they won't count as a subscriber anymore. Spam accounts also don't count towards your total, but they aren't unsubscribed and still get your videos.

Why has my YouTube subscriber count decreased?

It's normal for your YouTube subscriber count to change. Common reasons include:

  • Viewers naturally subscribing and unsubscribing

  • YouTube removing spam subscribers (you'll get notified in YouTube Studio)

  • Accounts closed by users or terminated by YouTube due to policy violations

If you notice unusual drops or changes, it might be an issue on YouTube’s part that you should report.

Why don’t all my YouTube subscribers show up in my list?

Subscribers won’t appear if they have chosen to keep their subscriptions private or if their account is suspended or identified as spam.

Why are my YouTube subscribers saying my videos aren’t in their feed?

This could be because they have many subscriptions or they might be looking at the Home tab instead of the Subscriptions feed.

Does YouTube automatically remove subscribers?

No, YouTube doesn’t automatically unsubscribe viewers. If subscribers think they’ve been unsubscribed, it’s usually because they accidentally did it themselves, their videos aren't showing up in the Home tab, or they set their subscriptions to private.
