What is transparency in Canva?

In this toolbar, you'll find an option labeled 'Transparency'. Click on this option to open a slider that allows you to adjust the transparency of the selected element. Slide it to the left to make the element more transparent, or to the right to make it less transparent. Once you're satisfied with the level of transparency, simply click anywhere outside the slider box to close it and apply the changes to your design.
How to make a background transparent in Canva?

A color palette will appear on the screen. On the color palette, you will see a checkered box which represents the transparent background. Click on this box to make your background transparent.

After you've made your background transparent, you can download your design. Click on the "Download" button at the top right corner of the screen, select the file type as PNG, as this format supports transparency, and make sure to tick the box that says "Transparent background" before you hit the download button.
